Site Survey

We visit your location and perform a full survey to ensure strong coverage with the most efficient Access Point (AP) and antenna placements. We review existing WiFi and other networks (if any), identify signal challenges, map power locations, and document layout, wiring/cabling, and other key details.

So the network design will fit your needs and there are no surprises!

Design Plan

After the Site Survey, we create a detailed design that shows expected coverage, equipment locations, and any necessary cabling and power hookups. We’ll also set up network monitoring and, if needed, provide on site engineer support.

Install & Upgrades

Once the Design Plan is approved, the required equipment will be procured and installation date(s) will be scheduled. Installation can be performed during off hours, including overnight, to minimize disruption during peak traffic periods.

Before the Install/Upgrade phase is completed, comprehensive system testing will be conducted to confirm that coverage and performance meet the expected standards.

Management & Monitoring

Once the Install/Upgrade is complete, our available 24/7 network monitoring tracks performance and usage to identify changes or issues. Most alerts and vulnerabilities are resolved automatically, while more critical items are escalated to the appropriate engineers for a faster response.
