We began with an on-site WiFi survey to map the venue and plan coverage where it mattered most; entrances, registration, back of house, and stages. The network design used Cambium hardware and a high-density layout engineered for large crowds. Capacity was modeled for multiple devices per person, and we secured dedicated bandwidth in advance to prevent congestion during peak moments and higher prices.
To keep speeds consistent, we segmented traffic to protect show critical operations and prioritized staff and production devices. Additional access point (AP) density and directional antennas reduced signal blocking and interference in busy areas. Guests experienced a smooth login through a simple captive portal, supported by on-site technicians who specialize in short term event WiFi setup.
Behind the scenes, our team monitored real-time dashboards to identify and fix issues immediately, helping ensure attendees didn’t encounter persistent connectivity problems.
